If you would like your pen assessed for repair, there is a service charge payable by credit card.
The advance payment is as follows:

Should you wish to pay the service charge by credit card, please call 01732 771771 to make payment. Alternatively, if you would like to pay by PayPal, please send payment using email email@example.com.
We recommend you send your pen by either recorded or special delivery post so that it is suitably insured if lost in transit.
If any chargeable work is necessary, a member of the Stone Marketing team will contact you to seek authorisation/approval prior to any work being carried out. We do our very best return your pen to you within 5-10 working days. However, on some occasions it is necessary to return pens to the manufacturer. In this event we ask that you allow up to 8 weeks.
